VIETNAMESE LANGUAGE REQUIRED MANDATORILY
You will answer incoming calls from customers who want to place orders, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide general information. You will be a member of the primary contact team for consumers interested in the products we offer and will be responsible for assisting them in completing purchases online (email and chat) and over the phone. This is 24/7 operations including weekends and shifts will be allotted on a weekly/ monthly basis.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails, chats
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
Resolve customer complaints using applicable software and available resources
Process orders, forms, and application
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Other duties as assigned
Shift time - 8.5 hours/ day
Any shift will be provided in 24 hours and on weekends
5 days a week working
Contact Center Agent Qualifications and Skills:
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT: Excellent communication in VIETNAMESE and English
Diploma or any suitable degree
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Should be willing to work in a typical call center environment
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
Excellent data entry and typing skills
Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
Salary:
USD 400/ per month (INR 25,000 - 30,000/ per month)
Language: Should know to Speak and Write Vietnamese Language Mandatory
