Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Answering phones and explaining the projects and services offered by the company. \xc2\xb7 Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts. \xc2\xb7 Obtaining customer information and other relevant data. \xc2\xb7 Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications. \xc2\xb7 Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services. \xc2\xb7 Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals. \xc2\xb7 Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner. \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects \xc2\xb7 Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis. \xc2\xb7 Suggesting solutions based on customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs and requirements. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Degree or Diploma equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Work experience as a Tele caller, Tele Marketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus. \xc2\xb7 Great interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Exceptional oral and written communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Strong organizational skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required. \xc2\xb7 Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks. \xc2\xb7 Outstanding problem-solving skills. \xc2\xb7 Exceptional attention to detail. \xc2\xb7 Hard-working individual. \xc2\xb7 Good time management abilities. \xc2\xb7 Strong decision-making skills.
