Looking for Customer Care Manager in Real Estate Company Location- Newtown Duties:
Develop and maintain positive customer relations while coordinating with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner on mail or on phone.
Attends clients meetings with the Sales team.
Preparing Daily report for all Department Deals.
Preparing daily report for Sold Property.
Making monthly report Residential Industrial & Commercial Activities.
Handling entire documentation of Residential, Industrial & Commercial Department.
Raise the demand letters according to the payment.
Maintain office supplies & place order when necessary
Keep records updated and file of all clients for easy retrieval.
Handle travel arrangements
Manage schedules and deadlines
Manage Calendar & Travel arrangement
