Looking for Customer Care Manager in Real Estate Company Location- Newtown Duties:
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relations while coordinating with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner on mail or on phone.
  • Attends clients meetings with the Sales team.
  • Preparing Daily report for all Department Deals.
  • Preparing daily report for Sold Property.
  • Making monthly report Residential Industrial & Commercial Activities.
  • Handling entire documentation of Residential, Industrial & Commercial Department.
  • Raise the demand letters according to the payment.
  • Maintain office supplies & place order when necessary
  • Keep records updated and file of all clients for easy retrieval.
  • Handle travel arrangements
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Manage Calendar & Travel arrangement
Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 50,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Fixed shift
