Immedite Opening for position CSG Mediation Experience :- 4 To 6 yrs Location Noida, Currently WFH Primary Skill :- CSG Mediation, Intec Mediation Secondary Skill :- IME Mediation Ex-Wipro candidates also can be consider
JD Experience in Telecom Mediation, CSG Mediation IME tool mandatory. Must have 3.5 -5 years of experience in CSG Mediation system. Hands-on Unix/Linux Shell scripting Telecom Knowledge (Call flow/N/w routing), Table configuration. Knowledge of Business Logic/PRA area/File registry/Correlation. Experience or willingness to support Application operations (based on standby support roster) Good understanding of ITIL processes and IT operations, Incident Management, Service Management, Application maintenance and support.
