Responsible for assisting leadership with plan design, tracking and evaluating tends, as well as renewal strategy coupled with day-to-day administration and ensuring compliance of all local benefits (i.e. health & welfare and retirement) plans. Also drives project management and delivery of small-to-medium and/or concurrent long-term initiatives in support of global benefits strategic goals. This role leverages collaborative relationship with carrier account manager partners and broker consultants, is integral to driving improved operational efficiency and effectiveness, and is responsible for elevating employee experience of benefits programs while fostering strong collaborative relationships with internal/external partners and key stakeholders alike.
