Job Title Sr. Platform Analyst - Functions - Q&R
The Platform Analyst is a SME with Deep domain, functional and technical skills of related processes and platform(s). He/ She is involved in E2E application life cycle management teaming up with Business Process Owners, Solution Architects, Platform Solution Managers and Project Managers.
The activities for a Platform Analyst include ideation, feasibility studies, roadmap development, project initiation, estimation, design, functional requirements, user story creation, backlog creation, build, test, validation, deployment, maintenance, operations and decommissioning of the applications including continuous improvement cycles ensuring the right quality and performance levels.
The scope that a specific Platform Analyst is different for every single Platform Analyst and covers multiple dimensions, sometimes a Platform Analyst will be more a generalist cross processes/platforms and sometimes a Platform Analyst will be more a specialist with deep process/platform knowledge for a certain sub domain. For this specific position, we are looking for an expert in applications and business processes commonly used across Quality and Regulatory functions, in combination with the responsibility of team lead of fellow Platform Analysts.
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Support Intake business requirements and deliver Solution Design together with BPO, Solution Architects, Platform Solution Managers, Project Manager and other key stakeholders;
Work closely with Platform Solution Managers, Domain leads in supporting Solution/Release planning and other Agile phases;
Support Product Owner, Solution Architect, Solution design including NFRs, Estimation, Validation and help drive feature driven development with scrum teams;
Ensuring high quality backlog boosting the performance of scrum teams;
Own functional, and nonfunctional requirements for the project.
Own, Optimize E2E Solution Development Process and support fellow Devops engineers to realize the solution;
Support business in demonstrating the capabilities, training deployments, onboarding business/markets & change management
Accountable that the solutions design/ technology meets the functional and non-functional requirements with focus on Releasability, Reliability, Security and performance;
Accountable that solution design meets platform architecture principles & guidelines. Provide feedback on continuous improvement to architecture community;
Responsible for Software Quality, Compliance & Regulatory aspects of the solution;
Involve in Peer review, demo and other scrum ceremonies;
Responsible to validate test strategy and plan, test cases, automation, regression and test execution;
Raise impediments on time to leads and support resolution;
Identify Kaizen opportunities at work and improve process and delivery;
Endorses the content of the release (including NFRs) prior to release and manages interdependency with other programs;
Actively work to reduce technical debt and refactor the application for performance;
Identify E2E Business Processes together with BPO / BPE that are critical and establish monitoring via OCC;
Work closely with DevOps team in supporting key Domain and Technical inputs for Incidents, Change Requests, Service Requests and other regular operations activities;
Support Operations and business with SME Expertise during crisis management for business continuity across global timezones;
Support Platform Landscape upgrades, improvements to stay aligned with OEM guidelines;
Manage a team of Platform Analyst and be responsible for their performance and KPIs
Competence Development of New entrants (Employees and Partners);
Ensures solution guidelines are up to date in Knowledge repository/Wiki;
Stay current with Market knowledge on Platform Technology Curve.

Translates business requirements into user stories and Functional Requirement Specifications in accordance with approved IT Architecture.
Develop user stories (both functional and system operational requirements), maintain product backlog and work with stakeholders on process automation solutions.
Responsible to validate test plan and functional test cases and sign off acceptance of the product.
Contributing to the development of solution acceptance criteria.
Coaches other Platform Analysts and functional consultants including partners.
Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence.
Responsible for Software Quality, Compliance & Regulatory aspects of the solution.
Ensure seamless business operations support (third line support) when needed.
Drive business process harmonization using industry best practices and standards.
Should be able to look beyond the current scope of work and be able to propose newer IT business propositions to stake holders and recommend innovations to platform providers.
Responsible to support UAT and testing of functionality.
Responsible to support Platform Solution Manager on Regulatory and compliance aspects of the project.
Taking care of team performance, KPIs and targets
Is consulted to investigate feasibility of new solutions, choice of technology and platforms.
Lead a team of 8 or more people and be responsible for their performance/performance cycles, Goals, Development, and engagement.
Track and report on the people related metrics for the domain, related to their utilization and allocation.
Ensure timely and quality fulfillment of vacancies in tandem with Talent Acquisition.

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
7+ years of experience in HealthCare Industry with good knowledge on FDA and Regulatory Body requirements.
Certified in one or more functional domain and related business processes
People Management experience of at least 7-8 years.
Knowledge of the newest IT technology.
Expert in converting Business Requirements into Functional Requirements Documents
Understand business trends and the direction technology must take to support the business
Ability to identify the strategic IT implications and opportunities resulting from major corporate strategies and change initiatives, strategic vision business models
Good consulting and interpersonal skills
Expertise in Lean Agile and DevOps practices
Experience in Project Management
Technical Knowledge & Skills required
Essential Skills
Strong knowledge of diverse scope of IT applications used in support of Quality and Regulatory functions (e.g. QMS management, Compliance training, Software validation, Documentation management, CAPA, SCAR, Complaint handling)
5+ year of experience in Computer System Validation. Knowledge and hands-on experience in all phases of Computer System Validation and Quality Management System.
Strong knowledge on Quality Regulatory guidelines in the Life science domain.
Experience working in End to End implementation of SaaS based product development.
