What you'll do
  • You will report to Total Reward VP to contribute toward standardising our benefits structure in the region to find more meaningful benefits for our employees
  • Compliance, Administration & Annual Renewals of Health plans including employees queries, regulatory documentation and configuration of systems facilitating enrollments
  • Ownership and delivery of small-to-medium or concurrent long-term projects to support global benefits strategic goals
  • Monitor trends, make recommendations to leadership according to local regulations, culture and benefits strategy while supporting external and internal data and audit requirements
  • Partner with other teams and consultants to support due diligence and evaluating M&A integration scenarios. Facilitate employee onboarding in partnership with HR
  • Partner with teams on strategic management of CSG time away policies ensuring compliance with local regulations
  • Enhance employee experience of benefits programmes; foster collaborative relationships with internal and external partners and important partners
  • Maintain and provide communications deadlines to current and prospective employees about CSG benefits offerings while managing and delivery of small-to-medium or concurrent long-term projects to support global benefits strategic goals
You should have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in English in a business environment
  • 5 years of experience in benefits industry in the APAC region
