Roles & Responsibilities CRM Admin will work directly with the Client Success Manager to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budgets. In this role, you will be responsible for owning all aspects of the Zoho CRM (as per business requirements). Job Location : Mohali Sector 67, In-office (Chandigarh) Working Days : 6 Days (Alternate Saturday off) Shift : US Shift (5pm - 2am IST)
  • Transferring the data from Outreach to Zoho as per the timelines.
  • Maintaining and updating data in the Zoho CRM (or as per business requirement) system to ensure accurate records of customer information and other related information used by the company.
  • Organizing and updating customer databases using CRM. Identifying potential data from the source and custom reports creation
  • Highlighting data not having right , right personas and thereby recommending corrective measures. Monitoring and setting restrictions / creating for users so wrong naming conventions can be completely avoided
  • Providing support to users by creating relevant reports from CRM
  • Maintaining data quality within the CRM system by cleansing, de-duping and enriching data on a regular basis
  • Liaising with the ZOHO Team for technical issues.
  • Configure the CRM system to meet the specific needs of users, personas, including customizing fields, workflows, objects, removing dead data and page layouts
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and help users make better data-driven decisions
  • Stay up-to-date on CRM best practices and new features/functionality to ensure that the system is being used to its full potential
  • Import and export data from one CRM system to another as needed
  • Perform regular backups of CRM data
  • Create a centralized database of accurate information about customers and prospects through use of Zoho CRM and related tools, including manual and automated entry of information
  • Creating data set from LinkedIn or any other platform as per requirements
  • Willing to work on other CRMs and tasks related to invoices handling, quickbooks handling as required in future. Recommending users about client base after data analysis from quickbooks or related software
  • After Outreach data transfer, willing to work on other features like Zoho Projects (transferring data from click up to zoho projects or as needed) to create quality project dashboards / reports
  • Creating financial set / data based on previous project acquisitions as per available data on various software / CRM
Mandate :
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ZOHO CRM (configuration, customization, administration and reporting)
  • Basic Knowledge on Deluge (ZOHO Language) and REST API Integrations will be desired
  • Basic Knowledge in PHP and JS is a plus
  • Zoho certification is strongly preferred
  • Expert in data analysis, management, reports creation, presentation and sorting using CRM formats / Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel / other reporting tools
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn new software and system
  • Must possess strong communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and a logical & smart approach to work
  • A creative business mind with an understanding of CRM operations and usability.
  • Graduate in any discipline
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 950,000.00 - 960,000.00 per month Benefits:
