About the job
Business CRM Administrator is responsible for the administration and user support of NielsenIQ's Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and associated applications. Applications such as customized versions of Dynamics Sales and Dynamics Marketing, Customer Service across multiple business units. The role will be an integral member of the Business Admin team and liaise with stakeholders from various business areas to understand and support their needs of the Dynamics and integrated applications. The role will also work closely with the Sales, Finance and Marketing teams to ensure that all standard processes and security requirements are met and delivered. Responsibilities

  • Administration, Training (Conducting Learning Labs) and user support of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications including Sales and other configuration platform entities.
  • Assisting and supporting the maintenance of custom configurations and integrations of applications within the Dynamics 365 environments with Dev Team.
  • Assisting with migration of data for onboarding and migrating new acquisitions Sales and Finance CRM.
  • Documenting and defining user requirements with product stakeholders, including flow charts, layouts and diagrams
  • Establishes best practice for support of and knowledge sharing of the functionality of the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment.
  • Contributes to and supports the Dynamics platform 3 year roadmap and the product SDLC.
  • Work with the NielsenIQ Data Engineering and BI teams to ensure data integrity across the applications and datasets when using Dataverse.
About you We are looking for applicants who have:
  • 1 - 2 years experience of working with Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Experience working as a CRM Administrator.
  • Experience of Salesforce Sales Cloud Administration is a plus.
  • Understanding of the core Dynamics 365 CRM modules with functional knowledge of the Sales, Finance and Marketing business processes
  • Experience of working with application management lifecycle tools/source control, Azure Devops/Github is a plus.
  • Experience of conducting training and data migration/user onboarding is a good to have.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of the organization is must.
  • Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Customer/Partner Relationships.
  • Licenses and Certifications that are good to have: Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) Dynamics 365 related certifications
Qualifications:
  • Experience of CRM Administration is preferred (Salesforce or MS Dynamics 365).
  • B.Com with IT or BA/BS Degree (4-year) Computer Science or related technical area is preferred.
  • Work with our Google/Microsoft Suite, MS Office
  • Finance and Sales Process Knowledge and/or Market Research industry knowledge is a plus
