  • Generate ideas/design concepts within the brand guidelines.
  • Understanding the client brief/instruction/business requirements and developing storyboards, outlining the visual narrative and flow of content.
  • Collaborate with the designers to bring the storyboard concepts to life.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of visual aesthetics, including photography, videography, and graphic design principles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure creative concepts align with their vision and objectives. Present design concepts and creative ideas in stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating the vision and rationale behind each concept.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Provide creative direction for marketing materials, advertisements, website content, and more.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the creative process.
  • Mentor and inspire a team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Follow production processes, guidelines, and checklists.
  • Collaborate with the workflow and designers to deliver client-worthy outputs.
  • Maintain an organized digital library of various assets, ensuring easy access for future projects and team members.
  • Develop templates to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for various projects.
  • Understand, use, and contribute best practices for production.
  • Support the maintenance and evolution of the company\'s visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all design materials, both print and digital.
  • Regular meetings with Managers and timely escalation of issues and concerns.
QualificationsYour experience
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 9 years of experience in a creative lead role within a design agency or in-house creative team.
  • Proficiency in widely used design software and tools, with a specific emphasis on Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Additionally, proficiency in video editing skills using After Effects and Premiere Pro is a valuable asset.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
  • Must be adaptable to work varying shifts in accordance with business requirements.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
  • A deep understanding of branding, marketing, and the creative process.
  • Should have strong storyboarding skills and the ability to generate and interpret business and creative briefs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
