Country Manager (International) - Flexible Packaging

- Setting and delivering new sales strategies across the Region.

- Managing and developing the growth of existing accounts

- Meeting with clients on-site working closely with technical teams to deliver a solution driven sales approach.

- Understand the Sout East markets and drive strategy to improve sales in the same.

- Maintaining of sales contracts will also form a key component of the role.

- Working closely with the senior stakeholders in India to help create future strategy is one of the most essential parts of the role.

Qualification And Experience:

1. A strong and proven experience 5-10 Years working within the Flexible Packaging Industry

2. Exceptional experience setting and delivering new sales strategies.

3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

4. Should have and experience of working with senior stakeholders.

5. Should have a good knowledge of MS Excel

6. The candidate should also have some experience of sales reporting and presales too.
