Minimum 12-15 years of work experience and knowledge to take charge of the land parcels and to develop and monetize them in order to realize the best value. 2. Have good knowledge of land matters including valuation, revenue records, good finance & legal acumen and should be a good people manager 3. Good networking with brokers & property related governmental bodies What\'s on Offer Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration & Master\'s degree in Business Administration or Charted Accountant (preferred)
