As Chief Operating Officer (COO) at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall business operations strategy as this is crucial for our growth and success. In this position, you'll have to manage and control diverse business operation and function, so we expect you to be a hardworking and inspiring leader.Responsibilities:

• Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance and profitability.
• Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision.
• Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
• Foster a growth oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Work closely with senior management team to create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and company policies all designed to foster growth, profitably and efficiencies within the company.
• Partner with the CFO to achieve favourable financial results with respect to sales, profitability, cash flow, mergers and acquisitions, systems, reporting and controls.
• Meet, interact and present information effectively to potential investors and private equity firms. Work with the CEO and CFO in the capital raise process.
• Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes.
• Motivate and encourage employees at all levels as one of the key leaders in the company including but not limited to professional staff, management level employees and executive leadership team members.
• Forge strategic partnerships and relationships with clients, vendors, banks, investors and all other professional business relationships.
• Analyse and interpret data and metrics and create reports for the management
• Take the lead in expansion activities
• Assist executive team members in creating, growing and building a world class, industry leading organization.
• Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the company.

Job requirements and qualifications

• MBA in Business Administration or similar relevant field
• In-depth knowledge of different business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
• Minimum 10+ years' experience in management.
• In-depth understanding of accounting principles including budgeting, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and capital planning management
• Excellent written, oral and client-facing communication skills
• Demonstrated strategic leadership ability
• Hands on experience in fundraising, strategic planning and business development
• Good knowledge of data analysis and KPIs
• Familiarity of IT/Business infrastructure
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Problem-solving mindset
• Exceptional executive presence, business acumen and presentation skills.
