Roles and Responsibilities:
Training Need, LMS, training management, Learning and Development, Training and Development, Expertise in designing, developing, planning, implementing, and assessing training documentation
Demonstrated experience developing a courseware, performance support aids, online tutorials, lesson and curriculum planning and/or other training materials including gaming modules, learning videos and content simplification
Create world - class outputs in newsletters, brochures, infographics, presentations, mailers, posters, event branding, standees, banners, email templates etc.
Technical Expertise: Articulate studio/storyline/Articulate 360, Camtasia, knowledge of Basic, MS Office including advanced PowerPoint skills (ability to create macros within PowerPoint), InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamwaver and Visio
Content Expertise: ILT to WBT conversion, Quality Check, Assessment creation, Gamification, High- and Low-level design, Storyboard
Rephrase and organize the content to meet the learning/Training needs which includes instructional text, audio/video scripts etc.
Coordinate and communicate with the internal stakeholders
Handles multiple projects simultaneously and independently
Should be highly analytical, problem solving and self-driven, pro-active & flexible enough to work under pressure
Oversee design projects from conception to delivery
