About the Team The Digital Customer Success (DCS) team has recently formed to support Workday\'s continued effort to scale and further advance our customer\'s experience. This newly established team will drive adoption, increase value, drive customer advocacy, and mitigate risk across all segments and Workday products by designing, building, iterating and maintaining digital programs and products globally. Digital Success is a key priority for our business and being part of this fast growing, innovative, and results oriented team will get broad visibility and provide an excellent opportunity to grow. About the Role The role of the Digital Content manager is collaborating closely with a cross-functional team and responsible for identifying, curating, writing, optimizing, publishing and maintaining high-quality content aligned to digital customer success programs and ensure our customers have a seamless and positive user experience. Key Responsibilities: Proactively curate, write and manage content within the content management system (CMS) and take ownership of quality and accuracy Work collaboratively with customer success, customer journey, product, marketing, and other teams to produce and publish compelling content Ensure digital success content supports searchability, brand standards, web style guidelines and legal and compliance requirements. Incorporate findings from analytics data into the development of content Support localization of digital customer success content and quality of translations Learn about our customers and our products, and take the initiative to identify and propose new content aligned with the customer lifecycle Participate in the full web production lifecycle, including scoping out content requirements, writing, building, testing and ongoing management/refinement About You Basic Qualifications 3 years experience in a similar content management/digital production role Experience in a content management system like Drupal, AEM, or others Strong writing skills Superior proofreading and copy editing skills Knowledge of basic HTML Eye for detail, even under pressure Other Qualifications Experience in the SaaS industry Experience producing content for Customer Success, Lifecycle Marketing, or similar functions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and go above and beyond to meet committed goals Workday is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
