AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Project Manager(s), Customer Success & Business Efficiency.
The project manager will be responsible for leading the Enterprise Business Services transition for After-sales Parts and Customer Support. This person will work directly for the Senior Manager, Customer Success and Business Efficiency at the Digital Capability Center for Business Process Transformation related work. The main tasks will be to document "as is" processes in scope. Determine approaches for standardization, optimization and automation of the identified processes. Ensure knowledge transfer to the local team for identified processes. Drive the implementation of prioritized projects on time, at cost while adhering to the expected quality standards.
