AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Project Manager(s), Customer Success & Business Efficiency.

The project manager will be responsible for leading the Enterprise Business Services transition for After-sales Parts and Customer Support. This person will work directly for the Senior Manager, Customer Success and Business Efficiency at the Digital Capability Center for Business Process Transformation related work. The main tasks will be to document "as is" processes in scope. Determine approaches for standardization, optimization and automation of the identified processes. Ensure knowledge transfer to the local team for identified processes. Drive the implementation of prioritized projects on time, at cost while adhering to the expected quality standards.

Your Impact

Lead the Business Process Transformation for prioritized projects in the After-sales Parts & Customer Support Domains.

Specific domains are:

  • Technical Authoring for Parts Master Data Management, including Parts Price books and technical information enrichment across systems for the After-sales Parts domain. Technical authoring for Operator\'s manuals, Service Manuals and other technical documentation.
  • Supply Chain process standardization, optimization and automation for the complete value chain of Procure to Pay for the After-sales Parts Business.
  • Warranty processing, management, audit and analytics.
  • Product Problem Resolution and Product Support Programs for Customer Support: Proactive issue detection, automated process of resolution using people, process and technology.
Business Process Transformation:
  • Document the current process in the "as is" state of each process using Lean, Six Sigma / other similar value-stream mapping practices.
  • Compare with globally accepted standards and benchmarks for the process and design an optimized global processes in consensus with the global team and external consultants.
  • Conduct multiple proof of concept process improvement projects. Design and drive the method needed to sustainably scale the process to the enterprise.
  • Plan for the transfer of knowledge and execution of projects.
  • Co-ordinate with different stakeholders: Regions, Factory Sites, Functional Departments.
  • Create project plan based on the long term roadmap. Implement as per defined timelines for multiple projects.
  • Facilitate and Manage all the communication with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and help resolve issues that may impact deliverables.
This will include working across the cross functional teams for process documentation, standardization, optimization and automation. The individual is expected to work across borders, cultures and time-zones and is expected to understand and accept the sensitivities involved. The nature of work is change management and influencing without authority.

Business Process Transformation Roadmap, Key Milestones Completed, Knowledge transfer defined and underway, Quality of deliverables from DCC.

Your Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in business, engineering, finance or IT. (Master\'s Preferred but not mandatory)
  • Relevant experience 6-8 years
  • Formal project management training, certification or equivalent experience, including Agile methodology.
  • Relevant experience in Ag equipment, Auto component, Auto OEM, consulting, experience of working across different cultures, change management.
  • Problem Solving Skills - Various authoring processes that vary by factory and system across the enterprise. Global warranty and problem resolution processes that vary by region and brand. Complex supply chain operations as we consolidate the supply base and shift from current sources to BCC. No synergy between parts catalogue and tech info with lack of common and global processes and standards. Lack of synchronization of delivery time for both publications at launch of new product which creates inefficiencies.
