We are executing an exciting and immediate role of Program Manager (Customer Success) with one of the leading EdTech company in India.
The locations would be in - Noida or Thane.
The KRA\'s would be -
- Own delivery of content services across multiple locations and maintain operational excellence.
- Drive content management, technical assignment administration, and aid faculty to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.
- Deliver learning outcomes for our customers.
- Work closely with senior management to execute the company\'s vision.
- Up to date with industry trends and knowledge of analytics
- To plan a program in such a way that resources are allocated across projects appropriately to maximize efficiency.
- To maintain the program documentation that includes deadline, and briefs.
- To monitor the progress of the program.
The desirable would be-
Personal attributes/skills required:
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive business growth.
- Team handling experience.
- Experience in an analytics setup as a project or delivery lead.
Educational background: Postgraduate
Experience: Min. 10 years of relevant experience in Project Management, customer success and program management.
