Consult business owner in digitial project scoping and opportunity identification. Design business case to capture business needs and technical solution roadmap. Own project set-up and ensure implementation in an agile software development environment, translate requirements into technical solutions and build and implement automated solutions through hyper automation technologies, and across business and service units in Clariant.

What will you be doing?

Design, Development & Testing

Develop automation solutions using hyperautomation technologies such as RPA, Redwood Automation, OCR, APIs, etc.

Development of Automation solutions for native applications like SAP, Sharepoint etc.

Ensure code reviews and unit testing are performed for adherence to the design requirements and document test results.

Work collaboratively with business partners to define and ensure the completeness and accuracy of system / technical requirements

Drive best practices throughout software development process that will improve overall software reliability while minimizing overhead on development efforts Own test scripts and carry out end-to-end testing for developed code.

Analyze the data integration and data transfer between various parts of an application across applications at UI level.

Knowledge Transfer and handover of Robots to the support team and Interface with the support team for smooth production runs

Project Management

Independently manage the project lifecycle including effort estimation, solution design, development, testing & final deployment.

Define and document project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across different locations to thhrough the project lifeycle for successful implementation.

Business Analaysis & Technical Architecture

Create technical design document based on to-be process and solution design.

Own developed solutions post implementation and act as liaison with business for sustainability of solutions.

Conduct process study to identify improvement areas including automation and RPA opportunities

Review business requirements/ process and translate that into viable implementation architecture.

Responsible for the technical design of the Architecture and related infrastruture, deployment and scaling.

Assess business requirements, and recommend for improvements, standardization, and appropriate technology and solution.

Document & demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts for projects.

What do we expect?

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields

Business experience:

3+ years of hands-on development experience in any of the following tools - UiPath, Redwood Automation.

Total experience should not be more than 5 years.

Excellent Verbal and written communication skills and expereince in dealing with cross-country stakeholders

Deep experience designing and implementing hyperauotmation solutions across full life-cycle, at least 2-3 full projects completed and in production

Good analytical skills to improvise configuration/scripting to match new situations.

Technical: UiPath, Redwood, Visual Basic, Java, C#, MySQL etc.
