Your Role and Responsibilities

• Work closely with the deal teams to shape and solution Intelligent Automation programs, continuously engage with key client executives and share IBM solution details, effectively communicate value proposition of the Intelligent Automation solutions leading to Intelligent Workflow outcomes.
• Working with leaders across the organization to understand business strategies, direction, and identify needs
• Ability to be hands on when needed and be able to function across the spectrum – from strategic and tactical
• Leading or participating in enterprise vendor, technology, and tool selection
• Develop working technology solutions for reference and starting points for development teams
• Engaging with enterprise project and portfolio management processes to evaluate opportunities and provide guidance on initiatives
• Providing subject matter expertise and assessments to business stakeholders
• Capturing, maintaining, and publishing business, information, and technical architecture artifacts
• Development of reference architectures, standards, and guidelines leveraged across the organization
• Development of target architectures and transition plans
• Facilitating complex design and technical discussions, reconciling differing opinions and driving the decision making process
• Presenting architectural decisions and proposals to stakeholders to explain how business strategy alignment is satisfied
• Led end to end delivery of, a) large & complex AI and Automation led transformation programs, b) small and nimble business pilots for Intelligent Bots to realize quick gains, c) work with IBM and Partners to bring the best tools and delivery methods.
• Own the offerings and assets on key components of the automation value chain, including development of workflows, rule engines, chatbots, RPA and Document digitizations use cases.
• Originate new Intelligent Automation opportunities in partnership with Global Markets, Sectors and IBM Brands Lead the pre-sales team and assist in preparation of sales proposals, RFP and RFI responses, due diligence and client presentations/demos
• Lead the solution architects’ team to develop high level requirements through client/sales team interactions and create functional and non-functional requirements specifications, including scalability, security and reliability requirements
• Build key partnerships with top software vendors and services providers
• Improvise new and innovative IA assets and drive it’s adoption to the market.
• Be a thought leader on Intelligent Automation led transformation
• Should have hired and nurtured talent and grow them in market facing specialists and consultants. Should have built a community of practice on Intelligent Automation.
  

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in architecting and designing Content Digitization and Intelligent Automation Solutions
• Experience of developing Chatbot and RPA solutions integrated with NLP, BPM, Rule Engine and Cognitive OCR.
• Platform expertise in atleast two of the key Intelligent Automation technologies
• In depth understanding of AI tools across Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, Conversation Intelligence and how they all come together to build the IA ecosystem
• Advise clients in the planning, design, management, execution, and reporting of the core components for IA solutions. Skills include: consulting, architecture, platform selection, implementation
• Worked in a third party consulting, service, technology organization for a fair share of the career.
• Proven deep client relationships and drive the advisory agenda.
• Proven ability to enhance value of an opportunity through new technology
• Ability to run multiple and disparate client conversations, opportunity pursuits, and handle the execution of dynamic practice agenda.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by multiple business units. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire Intelligent Automation architecture development process from inception to completion.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in process consulting, software design and development
• Support both the development of new business opportunities and the delivery of Intelligent Automation platform services to clients.
• Strong relations in the Indian market with key client decision makers
• 4-5 years of experience in information technology and business consulting;
• 2-3 years of experience in application design, development, and management;
• 2-3 years of experience in architecting enterprise solutions;
• 3-4 years of experience in architecting BPM,Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementations with in-depth expertise in BPM, RPA platform;
• Demonstrated experience in providing technical leadership to large-scale application design and development projects
