Manage business stakeholders like Product Owner (PO), Senior Risk Analysts/Risk Analyst, understand the business requirement from a business perspective and translate them to technical teams
Work with the technical team to ensure the business requirements are developed efficiently and does not deviate from the business needs
Organize relevant meetings and validations for the successful completion of releases – With PO, Production teams
Own functional testing and chain testing - develop and execute test strategy, scenarios and test cases and bring them to successful completion
Contribute to the functional architecture of the Metrics Platform, provide functional inputs to the evolution of these systems
Assist technical teams in doing the unit and performance testing
Work in an agile environment – create user/functional stories, backlog grooming, sprint planning, functional testing and deployment / release activities
Profile required
Profile
Should have the experience of working as IT Agile Master and Business Analyst and involved in driving IT Deliveries.
Required around 8-12 years related experience and strong knowledge in Investment Banking Products like Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income products, Securities, Stocks,
Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented.
Knowledge of Regulatory reporting and reconciliation tools would be an advantage.
Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use cases and feature
driven methods.
Experience on identifying and executing test strategies, test plan and functional test cases.
Capability to work with customers and cross location teams to establish and maintain a consistent delivery
