Job Description


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To ensure that all stocks are kept under optimum conditions.
  • To Prepare all dishes to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity
  • Prepares all the orders in timely manner. To ensure that all dishes reach the hot plate or pass\xc3\xa9 correctly garnished, the correct portion and size, presented on the prescribed service dish in the prescribed manner
  • Demonstrate Team Work by co \xe2\x80\x93 operating and assisting Co \xe2\x80\x93 workers as needed
  • Takes Proper Care of Equipment, Utensils.
  • To ensure that all dishes reach the hot plate or pass\xc3\xa9 correctly garnished, the correct portion and size, presented on the prescribed serving dish in the prescribed manner.
  • To ensure that any anticipated shortages are communicated promptly to the Sous chef or head chef.
  • To attend training courses and seminars as and when required.
SPECIFICATIONS: Qualification: 1. Educational: Diploma in Hotel Management Job Type: Full-time Salary: 912,000.00 - 912,500.00 per month Benefits:
