Role Description Trip is life is seeking a full-time Commis Chef for its Hot Kitchen in Trivandrum. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with preparing meals according to the restaurant\'s high standards. The role also includes ensuring all dishes are served on time and overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment. Open Roles Commis 1 (18K - 22K) Commis 2 (16K - 18K) Qualifications Some experience in a similar capacity within the hospitality industry Knowledge of food hygiene, health, and safety regulations Excellent communication and organizational skills The ability to follow recipes and create dishes with a flair for presentation A passion for culinary arts and dedication to providing a positive guest experience
