Project: This is a 1.5 million sq. ft. of R&D Centre & Factory project in electronic city, Bengaluru, comprising of 2 basements and five towers of different height each. It is an SEZ and Industrial construction project.

Reporting to the Project Lead, part of construction team in a client facing, project management consultancy role.

Your responsibilities will include:

Performing risk and value management and cost control functions.

Assisting in the preparation of tender and contract documents.

Preparing and evaluating costing for tender documents, tender negotiations and recommendations report.

Undertaking cost analysis for the project.

Identifying, evaluating and developing responses to commercial risks.

Providing advice on contractual claims.

Preparing detailed cost progress report.

Managing interim valuation and payment certificates.

Managing the bonds, insurances and guarantee logs.

Maintaining awareness of various building clause in current use.

About you

You will have a degree qualification in civil engineering and be a member of a professional body. You have extensive experience in quantity surveying works and can manage independently all tasks related to your job profile. You have advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You have knowledge of all support software required to perform your responsibilities. You are self-motivated, strong, polite, flexible, a team player and very supportive to clients. You have experience in working on large-scale commercial projects and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
