Maintain the supplier content on retail click, ensuring that the messages and content are updated and clear for the retail team. Coordinate with the Retail Campaigns and Communications team to produce innovative and effective communications for in-house sales channels, linked to the agreed 3rd party cruise supplier strategy. Gain a full understanding of the retail back-office systems and processes to allow retail queries and supplier T&Cs changes to be updated on an ongoing basis. Maintain primary ownership of a portfolio of client accounts Conduct regular client visits in accordance with the Account Value Proposition and initiate changes to ABB Product. In conjunction with Commercial Manager, coordinate the execution of the Digital Partnership Strategy with key partners in mind (including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Tumblr ). Responsible for managing calendar, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and troubleshooting as necessary, and preparing expense reports.
