Responsibilities

\xe2\x97\x8f Establishing contacts with market & driving intelligence for supply planning

\xe2\x97\x8f Developing contacts with local Wholesale / market influencers

\xe2\x97\x8f Charting independent demand channels & there by onboarding customers.

\xe2\x97\x8f Documenting and maintaining process flow for scaling in the near terms

\xe2\x97\x8f Negotiating Credit Days based on the transactional Value

\xe2\x97\x8f Doing EKYC for the vendors in Sourcing Markets

\xe2\x97\x8f Trade Finance for the traders in sourcing markets

\xe2\x97\x8f Onboarding Sourcing Vendors on the Trader App

\xe2\x97\x8f Relationship Management with Nodes and Traders and maximize Ninjacart\'s share of Business Requirements

\xe2\x97\x8f 3+ years of strong sales experience from FMCG / Consumer durables / Telecom Industry / Healthcare / Pharmaceuticals / Agriculture and allied industries

\xe2\x97\x8f Solid understanding of sales/trading fundamentals

\xe2\x97\x8f Thorough knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, MS Access is desirable

\xe2\x97\x8f Esp Field sales team Proven people manager and team builder with references

\xe2\x97\x8f Good communication & presentations skills, ability to motivate the team to achieve targets, fostering a high level of team growth and contribution
