F&V Executive - Supply Chain
About the job F&V Executive - Supply Chain
We are looking for a F&V Executive who will be responsible for managing Logistic support, Local Sourcing of F&V, Ensure 100% Fill Rate. Also plans the operations in terms of receiving/ order building/ dispatching that helps run a seamless supply chain system.
Ideal profile is someone with a Knowledge and passion to work in the Fruits & Vegetable Sourcing & operation.

What will you do:

• Responsible for End-to-end handling and Coordination in Receiving and Dispatching of FnV (Fruits & Vegetables).
• To ensure dispatch of FnV to the customers in a timely fashion.
• Monitoring labor work habits and making it sure that all the tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
• Responding Quickly and Practically in emergencies, crises or unexpected problems during the shift.
• Keeping Shift Managers and Upper-level Management apprised of daily operations.
• Ensure hassle-free operations at the Distribution Centre.

• Willingness to work in any given shifts and ready for a stretch in work timings.
• Manages time effectively and efficiently.
• Should have experience in warehouse.
• Demonstrates an ability to multitask on a daily basis.
• Demonstrates familiarity with basic computer programs such as MS Word and MS Excel.
• Able to handle manpower in an efficient way.
• Training labors and being able to draw out work from the team of subordinates.

• 0 to 2 years of strong Experience into managing sourcing operations of Fruits & Vegetable Industry
• Operational Knowledge of Logistics/Retail/FMCG/FMCD industry
• Has the ability to identify, analyze and propose solutions for effective and efficient operations at the store
• Data-Driven: Innate sense towards data & strong grip over operations metrics. Experience in process improvement and lean techniques
• Process Adherence: Ability to follow the process and SOPs to ensure we build consistency and reliability on a day to day basis and scalability in long-term
• Personality: High Energy, go-getter, and proactive personality. Should be a self- starter and should be able to work independently, take end-to-end responsibility and accountability for results
