Job Description
Enhance guest satisfaction levels.
r Spontaneously address guest concerns.
r Maintain food cost within budget.
r Minimize wastage.
r Handling phone, dealing with visitors and responding to staff request requires the ability to juggle a variety of things at the same time.
r Being able to follow procedures in the way the hotel wants keeps the visitor experience consistent and in line with the company's image.
r Any other activity as assigned from time to time.
r To assist manager in sales promotion, whenever required.
r Experience with turn down service, special need of VIP guests, foreign dignitaries, etc. is helpful.
r To be responsible for staff training and development.
r Attend to any guest complaints and take service recovery measures if required.
