About Mindtree NXT
Mindtree NXT group is involved in developing IoT, AI MLplatf orm and involved in building applications products solutions using the platform. We are setting up a new team to support our customers who use the platform and applications. For this team, we need technical support engineers, to own customer support activities.
Role
As Technical Support Engineer, you will research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner. You will be responsible for working with different systems, software, and hardware and follow st andard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments.

Specific Responsibilities
1. Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
2. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solu tions to resolve customer issues
3. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
4. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
5. Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
6. P repare accurate and timely reports
7. Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
8. Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.

Education Requirements
Bachelor#s degree in Computers or Information Technology or Electronics
Experience
At least 2-3 years of experience as DevOps engineer or Technical Support Engineer, or similar role, involved in support activities for cloud-based applications.
Technical Skills
1. Azure Cloud experience
2. Exposureto ind ustrial IoT environment
3. Advanced skills in MS-Windows Linux and database such as Oracle Postgres

Behavioral Skills
1. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
2. Flexible in work timing to support different geographic regions
3. Strong p roblem-solving skills
