Job Description

  • Developing and maintaining healthy relationship with existing clients.
  • Ability to get work done from the designers.
  • Creative skills for developing presentation to the clients about ideas and concepts.
  • Knowledge about advertising and marketing industry.
  • Handling Queries efficiently on mails, phones and in meetings.
  • Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
  • Attending to clients' complaints and undertaking steps for effectively resolving them.
  • Interacting with the customers to gather their feedback regarding the product satisfaction.
  • Generating client reports.
  • Client service executives must have strong judgment and decision-making skills as well
  • In addition, they should have strong leadership skills, be self-directed and be able to multitask.
  • Should be proficient with computers and software spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience from same industry would be an advantage.
  • Should be keen on learning
  • Good at research and competition analysis
  • Bachelor/Master of Arts ( commerce, Mass Communication, journalism and advertising etc)
  • Or Equivalent Diploma.
