Time: 10 am to 6:30 pm Job description - Your primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) industry . Your role involves understanding clients\' needs, providing exceptional service, and ensuring the successful execution of their events. Key job responsibilities include: Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and preferences to deliver tailored event solutions. Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive event proposals and presentations, showcasing suitable venues, services, and event options. Event Planning: Collaborate with the events team to plan and organize MICE events according to clients\' specifications. Budget Management: Ensure that event proposals align with the client\'s budget, and manage any financial considerations throughout the event planning process. Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on event progress and addressing any questions or concerns. Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback from clients after events to assess satisfaction levels and gather insights for future improvements. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences to enhance service quality and identify new business opportunities. As a MICE Client Servicing Manager, strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and attention to detail are crucial to building and maintaining long-term client relationships. Additionally, a thorough understanding of the MICE industry, event planning, and budget management are essential for success in this role.
