Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field would be a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and transportation.
• Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing logistics data.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Empathy and listening skills.
• Collaboration and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Six Sigma Certification would be a plus.

• Create exceptional brand and buying experiences for customers across various touchpoints, both digital and physical.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and efficiently interact with customers to understand their buying journeys and pain points.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to find solutions and improve customer experiences.
• Manage team performance, set goals and objectives, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
• Drive growth hacking capabilities and strengthen relationships with key customers.
• Continuously improve operational systems to enhance service to customers.
• Identify ideal customer profiles and map customer journeys to improve overall customer experience.
• Oversee logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and transportation.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback, suggesting improvements based on insights gathered.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process by identifying and addressing any issues.
