Any Graduate

Salary: 2.4L to 3.5L and for exceptional candidates 4.5L + Variable pay incentives

Experience: 2+ years in Client Acquisition

Roles and Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for new client acquisition, and building new relationships with clients to procure the new job requirements for our participants
\xef\x82\xb7 Will be responsible for primarily scouting for Entrepreneurs / Corporates who are willing to hire our students
\xef\x82\xb7 Mandatory experience in sourcing clients using job portals, LinkedIn, social media and search engine strategies
\xef\x82\xb7 Schedule interviews with client, collect performance feedback
\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with the Placement Coordinators and ensure placements are done for students suitable to client\'s requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 Regularly update all activities in the portal
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required
\xef\x82\xb7 Should have excellent communication and presentation skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Should have good existing client relationships in the market
\xef\x82\xb7 Should be self-starter, proactive, and target oriented
\xef\x82\xb7 Should possess strong networking and relationship-building skills
