HIRING CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVEr r

r r r r r r Client Service Executive/Associate is responsible to manage customer/client queries & complaints,r r to oversee - post-sale procedure, MIS Preparation, database management (record keeping system)r r r r Your scope will include Saanvi Nirman and its managed projects.r r r r Responsibilities include:r r

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers/clients at all times.r
  • Assisting the customers in financial terms and their documentation and after sales coordination with clients. Communicate with client to gather requirements and execute with their requirements.r
  • Supervising the site and rendering post sales services to the existing clientsr
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Understanding, analysing & coordinate with team to solve the client queriesr
  • Responsible for all the post-sale procedure starting from the initial documentation to Sale deed of the property.r
  • Prepare the legal documents (Technical papers, BuyeraEUR(TM)s agreement etc.)r
  • Maintain and update all resident information in computer database. Keeping records of legal documents, customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.r
  • Prepare documentation of all necessary transfers and prescribed records as per the company norms.r
  • Handling all the post-sale procedure starting from the initial documentation to Sale deed of the property. Processes documents and deeds; identifies right to convey property; posts ownership; verifies real estate sales info; processes address changes; documents information on property cards and in taxpayer books; inputs relevant information into the computer system and files necessary documentation.r
  • Customer Follow up for Agreement & Bank Loans. Have excellent communication, convincing & follow up skills . Attend to customers on timely manner and provide complete and correct information about the project.r
  • Coordinate with accounts team for payment and Invoice and legal team for all the legal related documentsr
  • To send demand letters & payment receipts on time via email and physical letterr
  • To attend meeting every week for the better client servicing/solutionsr
  • Maintaining revenue collection data and sales data for site .r
  • Maintain relation with our Channel partners & tied up banks for business developmentr
  • Provide a high touch, high value experience to the client base, including responding to all inquiries within a two hour time frame and updating clients on the status of open items daily until resolution.r
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required by senior.r

  • Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented, presentable and self-starter with understanding of post sales Client Servicingr
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry with excellent communication skills, presentation, time management, crisis management and team coordination.r

r Graduates & post Graduates.
