One of the Leading MNC company is hiring for Logistics Specialist at Hyderabad Location.

Position Title: Logistics Specialist

Department: Procurement

Reporting to: Procurement- Operations Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

The candidate will join the Global Procurement Service Center organization and will be responsible for processing Procurement requests for Logistics NA for the various transportation modes.

The role includes providing Procurement support to the buyers & businesses across the regions.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide transactional system and process support to Company procurement buyers and manufacturing sites from Procure to Pay as applicable.
  • Working on all types of Logistics modes.
  • Create Purchase Orders by processing purchase requisitions in Company' s systems.
  • Liaise with vendors on various requirements such as invoice discrepancies, vendor set up documents etc.
  • Monitor and execute all transactions according to Company' s internal controls and policies.
  • Communicate and coordinate actions among all internal and external stake-holders to effectively assure supply of goods and services.
  • Administration and reporting as necessary (from Company systems and external sources).
  • Liaise with regional and global buying teams, manufacturing sites by providing information & analytical support in alignment with their goals on portfolio management and savings.
  • Drive continuous improvement / process optimization on specific areas of the Requisition To Pay process.
Required Qualifications:

Graduate/PG Graduate with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in Logistics Sourcing, Procurement and Supply Chain in BPO/ITES Industry supporting US/UK Clients.

2. Good Interpersonal Skills.

3. Should possess customer Services mindset and behavior

4. Quality oriented

5. Good Analytics Skills

6. Excellent problem-solving techniques and decision-making skills

7. Should have ability to do multitasking

8. Good working knowledge in MS Office applications

9. Should be Willing to work in US Shift Timings.

10. Self-driven, results oriented with positive attitude towards changes and new challenges.

11. Inquisitives and zest to learn and shoulder responsibilities

12. Able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
