About Digital Markets The Digital Markets organization is a strategic group focused on preparing our businesses for future transformations. The group drives the development of new digital distribution strategies for our clients and optimizes business efficiency through automation of markets. The Digital Markets mandate spans horizontally across all lines of business in Markets, Sales, and Research. The business is supported by global Digital Markets Execution Technology team with contributors in London, New York, Houston, Mumbai, Bangalore, Buenos Aires and Singapore. The team is organized into Agile development teams supported by QA and Product Delivery Teams. Digital Markets Execution within CIB Markets owns the digital transformation agenda across asset classes. The focus is delivery of innovative solutions to automate Sales and Client workflows, distribution of pricing electronically and surface client and market intelligence in order to drive revenue growth and market share for the organization. We make use of agile methodologies, work closely with our internal Product Management team for all deliverables. Role Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for \'what\' and the \'why\' for the delivery of each product. Breaking down the Product Strategy, translating it into actionable tasks for development, so the teams build the right things. Clearly identifies stakeholders for the product and the user base Builds relationships with stakeholders and users to gather ideas and feedback to collate into a digestible roadmap. Understands product line vision & helps shape the product strategy Works with the Product Managers to ensure Initiatives, Deliverables & Epics communicate the required outcomes in line with strategy. Works with stakeholders to establish measures of success, such as OKRs Focuses product increments on business value Host regular forums with stakeholders and key partners for the product with a clear purpose: Discuss and drive consensus towards new features or ideas gathered and collate them into the Roadmap Track progress made towards features being worked on in previous sprint and overall progress towards agreed Roadmap. Prioritizes the backlog and helps the development team understand the \'what\' and the \'why\'. Available to the SCRUM team to ensure book of work is transparent, visible & understood, prioritizing work so that we deliver maximum value each sprint Share feedback gathered through data driven measurements captured across product value, usage, uptime, incidents and performance Refines high level requirements, including the definition of acceptance criteria, into deliverables to facilitate ideation at depth within the Product Backlog Review Actively works with key stakeholders to ensure that a viable product adoption plan is in place though Product lead may not own the plan directly Provide periodic updates/conduct roadshows to stakeholders, users and executives on progress towards Product objectives and progress against OKRs Acts as the voice of the customer to all the Technology teams Understands technology requirements & technical debt, prioritizing these items alongside the business growth changes Owns stories in the backlog ensuring they have clear acceptance criteria & non-functional requirements (NFR\'s) Works closely with the Product Managers, Engineering Leads & Delivery managers helping to create the Product roadmaps for their areas Motivates and encourages the Team to be product aligned. Gets the Team excited about the product and the features that are being built Desirable Skills and Experience: Experience of technology landscape involved in trading Macro products Securities and derivatives product knowledge - including pricing, trading, regulatory requirements Be an effective communicator with technical and business audiences, able to present complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders in person and via status reports at all levels of seniority. Expertise in resolving conflicting priorities. Problem solving within ambiguous and fast-paced environment with attitude to get things done Ability to lead and influence with stakeholder management skills Strong decision-making skills, with deep business and industry experience Very strong communicator Technical empathy: an understanding of the underlying technology components A thorough understanding of agile methodologies and the project owner\'s role in it including prioritization, technical and project risk assessment, estimation, project timelines, value-based change control etc. Collaborative working mindset. Able to communicate with empathy and influence others broadly within our area of responsibility Interacting with others with excellent people management skills, listening, motivating, observing, giving and receiving feedback helps individuals and team grow Understanding of best practices in standards methods and tools for Agile (JIRA, confluence) Bachelor\'s degree (or higher) with relevant work experience in software development processes for at least 5 years.
