Job Description


The Role Responsibilities

Strategic Management

  • Lead Agile scrum customer requirement gathering sessions.
  • Experience with Pega CDH implementations on cloud and preferably in the banking industry.
  • Translates business requirement into well specified requirements for NBAs.
  • Ability to guide customer requirements to match Pega platform features.
  • Ensure that business analysis leverage on Pega tools.
  • Oversees high- and low-level solution design ensuring that implemented requirements fits with business requirements.
  • Stay abreast of new developments in decisioning and analytics space.
  • Provide BAU administration and support to the user-base.
  • Act as Product Owner natural interface.
  • Lead UAT activities.
Subject Matter Expertise
  • Hands on experience in Pega CDH is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with Pega CDH, however experience with other platforms building MarTech will also be considered.
  • Proven experience in Scrum or similar Agile development methodology.
  • Understanding the Customer Experience and marketing tools and user experience principles.
  • Experience in Digital Banking Initiatives, especially on Frontline platforms like CRM or any other digital initiative.
Execution and Project Management
  • Able to work in Enterprise Agile environment as part of squad.
  • Work with cross functional Group, regional and country teams to identify use cases. Execute those use cases as part of Agile Squad.
  • Ensuring deliverables are of the desired quality and have appropriate endorsements / sign-offs.
Regulatory and Business Conduct

  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.   • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelors / Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree holder.
  • 4 years Product Delivery, Product Management or Product Owner experience with considerable relevant experience building Marketing systems in enterprise environment.
  • Experience with Pega CDH implementation of Next Best Action.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with Pega CDH, however experience with other platforms building MarTech will also be considered.
  • Highly effective in a large virtual cross functional team aligning to / and multiple business and IT partners across different markets.
  • Certified Product Owner and understanding the agile delivery principles and basic knowledge about Scrum.
  • Good knowledge of Confluence and JIRA to conduct above activities in enterprise agile environment.
  • Certified Pega Data Scientist or Marketing Consultant certification is preferred.
  • First rate communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
