The team you'll be part of

As an IT ERP Product Owner you will be part of our Enterprise Applications team, responsible for the continuous improvement and enhancement of IT solutions in and around Hardware Services (HWS) processes.

The overall objective for this position is to have a strong candidate ensuring successful IT services end to end in forward and revers logistics processes.

The current application landscape is in front of significant development and standardization requiring a candidate with the right mindset to understand which application development activities lead to a transformed and renewed landscape by utilizing the latest available technology to foster a refresh of the new innovative application landscape.

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:

• Provide expertise in business processes implemented in and around ERP systems for Hardware Services (HWS)
• Ensure end to end process enhancements and application integrations
• Translate business requirements into IT requirements
• Support IT project manager, Hardware Services and Supply Chain process owners
• Contribute to designing functional solution architecture, application and integration development best practices,
• Integrate information technologies into the company for optimal effectiveness
• Provide recommendations within IT and to the business on HWS solutions.
• Participates in prototyping, pilots and Proof of Concepts

Your skills and experience

• Proven expertise in SAP ERP - preferably in MM and SD modules
• In-depth knowledge of customer service processes
• Experience in defining and designing logistics service integrations
• Understanding current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success
• Experience in working within a multi-cultural environment
• IT Technology knowledge, trends & directions
• Information security understanding
• Self-confidence, strong problem solving skills, Pro-activeness
• Ability to work with and communicate to a variety of audiences, executive-level/peer-to-peer/ subordinate/ technical and non-technical etc.
