Title: Assoc Dir, IT-ERP Product Dev Global Location: Bangalore Your role The Assoc Dir, IT-ERP Product Dev Global is responsible for leading the Global Development Teams. He will ensure the Teams develops scalable, secure, and effective ERP solutions. Manages team of ERP Development Managers and Senior Specialist. Staying current with emerging trends, technologies and communicating project status to stakeholders. What you\'ll be doing Lead the Global Development Teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather Project Requirements and Resource Planning Ensure ERP solutions align with overall enterprise architecture Analyze current systems and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in ERP solution architecture Develop project plans, schedules and budgets, and monitor project progress Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders Ensure Systems, Processes are aligned across the regions as much as possible Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members What you\'ll bring Engineering Graduate / Master\'s in computer science/ MCA 15 + years of experience using Enterprise One development tools, with 3+ years in a management role Experience working on 8.12 or higher releases Deep understanding of ERP software and technologies (JDE, SAP) Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Must have strong English language skills and be comfortable conversing in English Experience with Agile development methodologies Experience in driving multicultural virtual teams across various time zones Excellent leadership and mentorship skills Strong understanding of IT in a validated environment EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) Baxter is an equal opportunity employer.
