• defines team operating standards and ensures essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of own discipline
• Subject matter expert leveraging technical and business knowledge to implement complex initiatives, Provide functional implementation services for new SAP S/4HANA finance applications.
• Manage Activities production operation activities - Release Management, bug fix, upgrades, patches, enhancements
• Lead investigation and resolution efforts for critical, high impact problems and incidents
• Participate in the design and development processes
• Provide technical support on complex projects
• Responsible for the existing applications Landscape.
• Awareness of policies, procedures and business plan when making decisions; receives guidance from senior manager
• Vendor management
• Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
• Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers
• Support the change processes required to implement revised operational and business systems with in responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Computer Science or related degree
• 10 years in SAP FI including at least 2 year of experience and knowledge of S4 HANA Finance or Central Finance (CFIN)
• 10+ years of experience implementing and managing global scale applications
• Proven experience of 10+ years in leading a team of of 10+ size.
• Must have hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing Application systems.
• Strong understanding of Data Integration, Data Quality, Data Architecture and Master Data Management, Project Life Cycle phases, best practices and processes
• Qualified CPA or eqvivalent
• Highly disairable - practical expiriance with Central Finance ICMR, SAP S/4HANA for Group Reporting version 20.X
• Highly disairable - practical Reporting expiriance with SAP Analytic Cloud, SAP Analysis for office,

Fiori application * Understanding of corporate month end close and consolidation process and actual corporate reporting requirements

• Highly proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint including Macros and Pivots and all its elements
