About Our Client
Our client is an Indian Manufacturing organisation in headquartered in Kochi/Cochin
- You will be responsible to drive end-to-end Human Resources agenda for India from hiring to compensation and benefits, learning & development to talent management
- You will work very closely with the senior stakeholders and business heads to drive organisation culture and foster growth
- Standardise/Improve existing processes and polices
The Successful Applicant
At least 18 years of experience in HR with at least 6-8 years heading HR is required
Language proficiency in Malayalam is a MUST
Experience working in Manfacturing ecosystem ( Multiple plant) is a must
Candidate should have worked with Unionised employees in their career and should have experience negotiating long term settlements
Candidates who have helped their organisations with successful completion of IPO will be highly preferred
