Job Description
Be a part of the leadership team of the organisation. Strategise and drive large scale transformation projects to build the digital road map of the organisation
- Drive digital interventions wherever required and build strategic digital road map for the organisation
- Strategise digital transformation initiatives at a group level to drive change
- Lead the group into becoming a data and insight driven organisation creating top-line as well bottom-line benefits through digital
- Be the subject matter expert and thinking champion for the organisation by driving the digital transformation agenda across business units and functions and achieve strong results
- Establish a high impact digital ecosystem and end-to-end lead the digital programs and promote digital innovation
- Atleast 18+ years of experience driving large scale digital transformation initiatives across functions like sales & marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, finance to name a few
- Create a long term digital road map for the organisation which is future focused and incorporates cutting edge technology
- Work closely with all leadership and senior management to build the digital strategy for each function and lead to results
- Proven expertise in driving value led programs on emerging topics such as Big-Data Analytics, AI especially as they apply to Pharma, HealthCare and Consumer business as a preference
- Demonstrated ability to build digital COEs for large organisations with turnover of 10000Crores
