JOB DESCRIPTION: Designation : Chief of Staff Required Work exp 5+ Years Roles and Responsibilities
- 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 executive level experience with a strong business acumen
- Should be good with Financial Analysis, Financial Modelling
- Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of effectively interacting with CXOs and Senior Management and acting as their Adviser
- Assist the CEO in facilitating effective decision-making
- Driving strategic initiatives along with Founders
- Identifying emerging business opportunities where organisation need to invest.
- Participate in regular meetings with the Director of HR to discuss potential staffing issues
- Assess inquiries directed to the CEO, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage
- Ensure all staff issues are addressed properly, efficiently and judiciously, and keep track of progress until resolved
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
- Effective, versatile and action-oriented
- Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills
