Job Description

The Challenge As a Chief of Staff, you will responsible for driving the ORG (India) wide goals and managing complex programs from inception to completion. Work closely with the India CEO by contributing to complex and time-critical projects by quickly understanding the context and developing a prioritized approach for resolution. Also, Coordinate with different functions within the organization – Leadership, Product, Design, Engineering, Strategy, Operations, etc., in the deployment of the business initiatives. What do you need to succeed?

• Engineering Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience. MBA is a plus.
• Having a growth mindset and ability to quickly adapt. You can bring order to chaos while staying agile.
• Strong communication, project management & cross-group collaboration skills. Experience working with executives and leadership.
• Ability to research, evaluate, and analyze trends and data to build and present insights in a coherent manner.
• Data-driven decision-making with the capability to tell a story backed by solid data.
• Experience in leading strategic projects that help frame long-term roadmap.
• Create concise, compelling, and effective communications for different contexts - board meetings, strategy reviews, partner meetings, etc.
• Own and run steering committee meetings with the Executive Leadership Team to align on goals and track progress.
• Ability to conceptualize and craft CXO-level presentations.
• Be a partner to leadership on the organization's vision, priorities, and challenges.
