Job Description

To continue this trajectory, we’re searching for a qualified Chief of Staff to work closely with the founders in building the business strategy, and growth plans with the teams to align them to the organisation goals/objectives. As a part of this role, the person will work with the Founder’s/CEO on special projects around people and Process etc. This role requires a highly resourceful, self-driven individual with the ability to partner, execute, and lead through influence. Keep abreast of industry changes, market intelligence, and customer preferences to evaluate the impact on the company. Responsibilities

• Own the CEO's agenda – ensuring maximum impact in both internal and external engagements.
• Own and organize Quarterly Planning sessions.
• Support board meetings, MIS, and fundraising preparations and manage investor relations.
• Drive the Leadership team towards clear, efficient, and accountable decision-making.
• Be a thought partner to leadership on the organization’s vision, priorities, and challenges.
• Own and lead the preparation and follow-up for all customer and executive reviews and customer briefings.
• Help drive data-driven presentations for the Leadership team in both internal and external engagements.
• Drive cross-functional Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) at the Leadership level with exceptional project management and ownership.
• Drive strategic initiatives and/or discrete projects on behalf of our CEO and the executive team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in assisting executive leadership in B2B SaaS companies or Management Consulting.
• Great communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to communicate across cultural and experience levels, internal & external.
• An entrepreneurial approach with sharp business acumen & a self-starter to own things end-to-end.
• Experience in organizing, directing multiple teams and departments, planning and leading strategic initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extract insights from data.
• A proven ability to solve ambiguous problems by applying frameworks to get to the first principles, aligning resources on the goal, executing, learning, and adapting.
• Tech-savvy person, keeping up to date with news about the industry, events, thought leadership in the space, bringing speakers to the company, etc.
