Job Summary:Massive Mobility is working towards creating a fully electric mobility ecosystem with an initial focus on the commercial sector. We are building the next stack of technologies in Charging, Retailing and Finance through the security and charging layer with a focus on two and three-wheelers. We are a group of innovative and passionate individuals who are in pursuit of solving the problems in the electronic mobility space.We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven, and motivated individual to join our core team. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO and managing the organisation's office operations. This is a dynamic position, which requires you to take quick actions to accomplish tasks, critical thinking and multi-tasking are the key essentials for this profile. • Provide extensive support to the CEO on day-to-day operations as per the requirements

• Provide sophisticated calendar management for the office of CEO

• Lead special projects driven by CEO's office

• Work closely with the CEO to keep them well informed about upcoming events, commitments etc.

• Work with the executive team to co-ordinate outreach activities

• Maintain utmost confidentiality

• Work to free CEO's time and calendar by taking responsibilities

Qualification and Skills required:

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering or B Tech + MBA will be preferred

• Must skill -

• Great written and communication skills

• Ability to do deep dive

• Ability to multitask

• Extensive program management experience

• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail

• The candidate must have 5 years of proven work experience

• Candidates having prior experience working in a tech start-up will be an added advantage

• Technical proficiency and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work on tight deadlines and in a fast-paced organisation

• Must be tech-savvy and aware of the latest trends in the tech world
