About Yuma Yulu started with the vision to redefine urban mobility using technology and help make cities of tomorrow that are cleaner, less congested and sustainably livable for generations to come. Over the last 5 years, we have created the country\'s largest Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) and Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform. We have been able to set up a fantastic infrastructure for battery-swapping solutions across multiple cities and have been able to achieve over 3.5 million battery swaps to date. Role Summary As part of the Founder\'s office, you will play an important part in helping us build and launch new strategies, and avenues and build partnerships by establishing key business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Strategic Initiatives & Growth . A role where you work directly with our founders or leadership team to help them build and grow the company. . Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization. . Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and investor reports. . Help in sustaining investor relations, fundraising and business development. . Coordinate with the tech, product, marketing teams to build and launch new products, iterate to get to product-market fit, build strategic partnerships, design go-to-market strategies and establish key business opportunities. Basically establish and track progress across multiple projects ( OKRs etc) and work with stakeholders across functions. Business Operations and Alliances . Understand the business operations and play an active role in the day-to-day activities of the overall apparatus. . Play a key role in developing and implementing long-term strategies, and also ensuring that these strategies are being executed properly on a daily basis. Innovation and Collaboration . Take ownership of various processes which will enhance the overall cohesion and the capabilities of the teams. . Ideate and encourage new ideas and collaborate with the teams to fruition. . Generate new product ideas, enhancements to existing product by collating requests from both internal stakeholders and other stakeholders . Inculcate a robust coordination with the founders & engineering team & various stakeholders to deliver on various KPIs for Yulu. . Explain upcoming changes and tailor the information to the audience . Work in a matrix environment to align the needs of all stakeholders. Key Requirements . B. Tech / MBA from Premium Institute and 3 to 5 years of experience with practical knowledge . Experience in the logistics or mobility industry is an advantage . Experience building and managing teams. . Excellent problem-solving capabilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills . Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly-evolving workplace.
