CHRO/ Head HR for an Insurance giant

- Drive the HR strategy, decision making and budgeting for HR
- Be a part of the senior leadership and work directly with the founders
Client Details :
- Our client is one of the biggest players in the insurance/ Financial services space based out of Gurgaon looking to hire their CHRO/ HR Head for leading a team of 15-18 employees
Description :
HR Strategy Planning and Budgeting :
- Champion the integration of HR initiatives with business initiatives and develop strategic HR plans and policies
- Support the effective management of the budget through maintaining accurate records & processing services, ensuring delivery within an approved financial framework
Talent Acquisition :
- Develop talent acquisition strategies/plans as per current and future staffing needs basis business strategy
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and diverse talent pools
- Ensure succession framework in place for key positions
Talent & Performance Management :
- Liaison with other functional/departmental heads to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development.
- Develop training frameworks to support line management requirements and conduct courses as appropriate
- Lead effective employee relations through focused internal communication, employee experience and wellness
Culture :
- To develop a high-performance service culture within the functional department and focus on culture building
- Ensuring that the organization's policies and actions champion the cause of diversity & inclusion
HR operations :
- Ensure smooth payroll processing and adherence to compliance
- Design, implement & monitor appropriate governance mechanisms
Profile :
- Masters or MBA (preferably with Human Resource specialization) from Tier-1/2 college
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in leading various functions of HR in a fast-paced service industry
- Thorough understanding of HR processes and excellent business acumen and ability to direct the team in diagnosing and solving complex problems
- Proven experience in strategic planning & implementation Ability to use metrics and analytics to devise focused employee benefit/ retention plans Great knowledge of HRMS and other digital HR tools Exemplary leadership skills with steadfast resolve, high integrity, and empathy
- Proven track record in managing leadership levels, building high performing teams along with meritocratic and inclusive culture Highly committed to making a difference through inspiring passion and teamwork
