Chief Human Resources Officer

- Cash Mauj is a financial services supermarket where customer can get all the financial services under single umbrella like loan, credit card, insurance, investment, fast tag, DTH connection, credit score, credit repair services and many more with multiple brands.

- We've more than 400 products in our inventory where customer can choose, compare and finally buy the same digitally.

Location : Gurugram (Gurgaon)

- The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.

- They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities :

- Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees

- Talent acquisition for IT and non IT recruitment

You will be responsible for :

- Providing support to the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, learning and development and compensation and benefits.

- Employee onboarding & offboarding.

- Creating and maintaining employee personnel files and ensuring employee information is up to date in the internal system.

- Application and renewal of work visas.

- Maintaining employee leave and training records.

- Administering medical and other insurance as per Company policy.

- Preparing monthly HR reports for management.

- Being a strong partner and advisor to the business on all HR related matters.

- Providing guidance to the business on organizational and developmental needs.

- Resolving employee issues and conducting thorough investigations where required.

- Advising management on HR related issues in line with statutory laws and company guidelines.

- Partnering with line management and employees to enhance employee engagement.

- Working across teams to ensure HR objectives are met.

- Managing various aspects of HR Operations including employee documentation, on-boarding and off-boarding, insurance and HR audits.

- Creating, implementing and administering human resources policies and procedures and ensuring that practices are compliant with statutory requirements and guidelines.

- Providing support for recruitment as required, including but not limited to conducting hiring needs analysis, conducting reference checks and employment contracts.

- Supporting employee relations by providing guidelines and clarifications on policies and their application.

- Managing employee benefits and claims administration.

- Working closely with finance and/or outsourced vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and other claims.

- Partnering with the business in driving change programs to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness.

- Managing the internal communications strategy and facilitating workshops to support change.

- Driving ongoing skills growth of employees by delivering engaging and quality trainings.

- Conducting organizational needs analysis and creating training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.

- Designing and developing trainings in close collaboration with various subject matter experts.

- Creating learning experiences that engage learners to achieve and demonstrate learning outcomes.

- Implementing technology enabled innovations to support blended and digital learning.

- Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll.

- Working with various internal stakeholders to handle payroll related inquiries and resolving any issues or errors in a timely manner.

- Maintaining all statutory compliance with respect to payroll.

- Creating and implementing plans, programs and initiatives that integrate diversity, equity and inclusion into HR processes and business practices and.

- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across business, HR and talent acquisition and identifying opportunities for workforce diversity and inclusiveness.

- Designing and delivering cross-cultural and diversity presentations and workshops.

- Analyzing and measuring impact of initiatives on diversity and inclusion objectives and providing regular feedback on diversity and inclusion trends.

- The full life-cycle of recruitment for recent graduates and early career candidates, including intake sessions, event planning, on-campus recruiting, screening, and interviews.

- Acting as the primary point of contact for graduate level candidates, educational institutions and the business.

- Working with internal stakeholders to develop programs that build talent pipelines of graduates.

- Managing hiring for leadership roles.

- Developing a portfolio of clients and candidates within your area of focus.

- Managing recruitment assignments from sourcing talent through to successful placements.

- Assisting in salary negotiations and offer management.

- Achieving revenue and activity targets.

- Providing candidates and clients with advice on market trends.

- Managing hiring for mid-career roles.

- Facilitating and increasing internal mobility within the business.

- Proactively building internal talent pools to improve identification of talent for open roles.

- Developing strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and acting as a champion for internal mobility across the business.

- Implementing and reviewing leadership development frameworks and programs in line with the Company's leadership development objectives.

- Designing and implementing a framework for identifying high potentials within the company.

- Designing and delivering tailored development programs for HiPo talent.

- Coaching leaders and tailoring individual development plans to improve leadership effectiveness.

- Other adhoc works such as preparing work certificates etc.

- Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate :

- Age below 50 years

- Bachelor's degree and MBA in Human Resources is mandatory

- Major exposure into People and Culture management

- Industry understanding: Insurtech, Insurance, Financial Services

- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies

- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees

- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills

- Attention to detail and good judgement

- You have at least 10 years experience as CHRO including solid experience in a similar role within Insurtech, Insurance, Financial Services

- You ideally possess solid experience in Agency Recruiter, Change Management, Coaching, Diversity, Graduate Recruitment, HiPo Management, Internal Mobility, Lateral Recruitment, Leadership Development, Leadership Hiring, Payroll, Trainer, Training Design and Training Needs Analysis.

- Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.

- Experience in building partnerships and advising multiple stakeholders.

- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.

- Ability to handle sensitive / highly confidential information professionally.

- Sound business acumen and thorough understanding of business fundamentals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

- You are willing to undertake 60-70% travel.
