Chef de Projet Digital

Key Responsibility -

  • Identifies and drives implementation of continuous improvements within the AI & data project team.
  • Co-ordinating with different stakeholders: Business, development, platform and Product management team
  • Risk, escalations and conflict management: assessment, mitigation, resolution
  • Project plan creation based on roadmap and making sure it is implemented as per defined timelines for multiple projects
  • Facilitate and Manages all the communication to different platform teams.
  • Proactively identifies and helps to resolve issues that impact the deliverable.
  • Regularly reports overall project status to management and key stakeholders, escalating major issues as necessary.
  • Facilitates all the onboarding of the AI and data use cases on the platform
  • Maintains a project repository of historical and current project information
  • Facilitates team meetings and other day-to-day activities as required by the team
  • Ensures the team is fully functional, cooperating, and productive.
  • Administers and manages business relationships with the other platforms, teams( Cloud Team, Security Team, Feature Team), external partners.
  • Documentations specific to each step of the project


Skills -
  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management and Platform activities.
  • Expert in Project Management and Agile Practitioner
  • Good Knowledge on Platforms and Azure Cloud
  • Knowledge of various project planning and tracking tools such as JIRA, AzureDevOps
  • Basic knowledge of data & AI concepts
  • Strong motivation and initiative.
  • Organized, detail orientated and thorough.
  • Strong planning skills \xe2\x80\x93 schedules, resource allocation, issue management, tracking, etc.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills as well as highly effective communication skills.
  • Strong desire to help improve processes and mentor others.


Project Management
Project integration: Defining the \xe2\x80\x9cProject sheet\xe2\x80\x9d, Project Management Plan, managing scope changes.
Scope: Defining the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), validating conformity and raising discrepancies(if any), during the project.
Time: Identifying activities, estimating required resources, building and managing the schedule.
Costs: Estimating costs, setting budget, chargebacks ensuring follow-up.
Quality: Defining the quality plan, implementing quality assurance and ensure quality control.
Resources: Planning resources and management of the teams.
Risks: Planning risk management, conducting risk analysis and providing mitigation solutions.
Communication
Planning communication, reporting project status and communicating to all stakeholders of the project at each key milestone: need, conception, design, build, delivery, run, debriefing\xe2\x80\xa6
Ensuring and adapting the communication to all the actors involved in the project: (project team, stakeholders, sponsor, populations involved in the project...)
Alerting the sponsor and the Steering Committee in the event of discrepancies in the specifications.
Team Project Management
Overseeing the project team according to Michelin\xe2\x80\x99s Manager Guide and the Group Transverse Management guidelines.
Managing all the people and populations impacted by the project
Change Management
Training and mentoring users according to their needs
Managing change towards the impacted stakeholders
Verifying after implementation that the solution is consistent with the FSD requirements.
