JOB SUMMARY As a Chef de Partie, the candidate will be performing various routine tasks under the supervision of the F&B Category head / Development Chef and will ensure that the conduct of such tasks is in line with the standards and values of the company. A. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Quality control of raw ingredients 2. Preparation of products basis orders 3. Ensuring minimal wastage 4. Responsible for Yield Management 5. Leading a team as orders grow 6. Responsible for inwarding materials & generating goods receipt note (GRN) 7. Incoming inspection of materials/products for their conformity 8. Daily document all the invoices. 9. Liase with city operations teams to ensure daily indents are fulfilled 10. Ensure all products are received and stored according to specified protocols 11. Responsible for stock accuracy and maintain daily opening and closing stock 12. Liase with operations team and fulfill the packaging and additional requirements of vendors 13. Coordinate with Finance team for vendor payments as per agreement rates. 14. Ensure FEFO is maintained during daily order fulfillment B. SKILL REQUIREMENTS 1. Good communication skills. 2. A good team leader and team player. 3. An individual who can work well under pressure or in stressful and demanding situations or environments. 4. A well-organized, neat, and punctual individual who pays close attention to detail. C. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelors in Hotel Management or Equivalent Minimum 3 years of work experience, with 1 year in the same role Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 98,086.00 - 925,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Hyderabad, Medchal Malkajgiri - 500037, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor\'s (Preferred)

Experience:
